Professional Experience
David's legal practice in the Compensation Law Division is based on a solid understanding of the law, but is also aided by his experience as a nurse in the NSW health system. This combination of experience in law and the health system has proved invaluable when working in a compensation law environment. Medical evidence proves critical in many compensation law cases and David is well placed to assess and explain this evidence to clients.
Professional Qualifications
David obtained his law degree, with Honours, from University of Technology, Sydney. He was admitted to practise in 2006 and joined Carroll and O'Dea in that same year. He has also studied nursing and health sciences and worked in hospitals in Tamworth, Sydney and London before entering the legal profession. David was made an Associate of the firm in November 2009.
