Professional Experience
Since joining Carroll & O’Dea in 2007, Tom has developed a broad litigation practice with a particular focus on compensation law.
Tom is well regarded by his colleagues in the profession and has a good rapport with Counsel. He also appears regularly in criminal matters and family provision claims.
He is committed to providing practical and reliable legal services to his clients.
Professional Qualifications
Tom has a Bachelor of Arts (Politics & International Relations) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales. He was admitted to practice in 2006. Tom is presently undertaking a Masters of Law at the University of Sydney.
