Prior to joining Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers Kim gained experience as a Law Clerk in the areas of: Commercial Law, Building & Construction Law, Family Law, Insolvency, Debt Recovery, and Property Law. During her studies Kim also worked as a Settlement Clerk acting as agent on behalf of various law firms and banks in settlements. Kim has appeared in the Local Court, District Court, Federal Magistrates Court, and Supreme Court.
Professional Background
Kim achieved her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in 2010 at the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at the University of Sydney with Majors in Sociology and Social Policy. Kim completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law and she was admitted to the legal profession in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2010.
