Professional Experience
Nadia is an experienced compensation lawyer, who joined Carroll & O'Dea in August 2010.
In April 2005 Nadia began her legal career as a paralegal working for a specialist law firm on the Police Association of NSW panel primarily acting for police officers in compensation, criminal and employment matters.
Nadia was admitted to practice in 2008 and she has many years of experience as a solicitor acting for clients in compensation, drafting wills, debt recovery, conveyancing and criminal matters.
Nadia has represented clients before the Workers Compensation Commission, Motor Accidents Authority Claims Assessment and Resolution Service, Government and Related Employees Appeal Tribunal, Industrial Relations Commission, Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court and Federal Court of Australia.
She is currently practicing in the areas of work place issues, motor vehicle issues, negligence issues, compensation, estate litigation and matters relating to the Succession Act.
Nadia has a professional and compassionate approach to clients, understanding the importance of keeping them regularly updated as their matters progress.

Nadia gained her legal qualifications from the NSW Legal Practitioners Admission Board and was admitted to practice in 2008. Nadia has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New South Wales, and is a member of Australian Lawyers Alliance.
