Professional Experience
Divya is part of the Compensation Law division and is working towards developing a practice in all types of compensation claims. Prior to commencing at Carroll & O’ Dea, Divya worked in property law at a national mid-tier firm for 3 years. However a strong passion for compensation law and assisting people in a supportive and collegiate environment brought her to Carroll & O Dea in 2011.
Professional Background
Divya graduated from University of Technology, Sydney with a combined Bachelor of Laws (Honours) / Bachelor of Business degree and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2008. Divya is currently pursuing a Master of Laws at the University of Sydney.
