Professional Experience
George has been the General Manager of Carroll & O'Dea since 2004. As General Manager he is responsible for the overall management of the firm with a key focus on staffing and resourcing to help deliver high quality legal services to our clients. This quality approach aligns with the firm's strong culture of continuous improvement and best practice approach to service delivery. The implementation of the firm's LAW9000 certification is integral to the delivery of these services to clients. George oversees the LAW9000 implementation, which also involves the administration of the firm's network of offices in Sydney, Wollongong, Parramatta, Newcastle and Campbelltown.
He is a Director of "Quality In Law Incorporated", the profession's peak body vested with the responsibility of managing the LAW9000 standard nationally.
Professional Background
George has held a number of senior management positions at other law firms and national industry bodies prior to joining Carroll & O’Dea.
