Carroll & O'Dea is based in the Sydney CBD with offices in Parramatta, Wollongong, Newcastle
and Canberra ACT. Our firm has a rich history, having been established over a hundred years ago.

At Carroll & O'Dea we take pride in providing our clients with a rare combination of traditional,

at the core of the firm's tradition.

complement the expertise of the Carroll & O'Dea team and to enhance the efficient delivery of service

We advise clients throughout New South Wales and our lawyers regularly travel to regional centres to meet
with our clients. In recognition of the need to service our clients' interests in other states, Carroll & O'Dea is a
member of Law Network Australia, an association of independent law firms in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane,
Adelaide and Perth.

We are committed to quality improvement. In 2005 Carroll & O'Dea was awarded certification for Law
9000 - Legal Best Practice which is the peak management standard for the legal profession. The Standard
is based on the internationally recognised ISO 9000 standard. In 2001 we received National recognition for
outstanding contribution and innovation to Human Resources within a Legal firm.
