Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers’ Bill Madden together with Janine McIlwraith and Benjamin Madden are set to release the third edition of their book, Australian Medical Liability in July and we will be holding an exclusive event to celebrate the publication.
The third edition provides an in depth commentary on the elements of medical liability legislation and includes new chapters on confidentiality and litigation, expert evidence, the role of the coroner in the context of medical treatment and some aspects of professional conduct.
