Peter Carroll

Peter is a co-author of Trust Precedents in The Australian Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents.

For more than forty years, Peter has practised extensively in company and commercial law involving public and private companies. He has walked side-by-side with clients through takeovers, mergers and acquisitions. He has advised directors on all areas, concerning their duties and obligations, and shareholder and joint venture agreements.

Peter also practises in the areas of commercial leasing, property acquisitions and development, finance and securities, stamp duty, trusts and general commercial contracts.

Peter is also an expert estate planner and has a busy practice, advising regarding superannuation, drafting complex wills, managing probate and handling disputes.

• Peter has Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from the University of Sydney.
• He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1972.
