On Thursday 19 May, Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers announced the opening of their relocated Newcastle office at a function with Mr Peter Barrack, the immediate past secretary of the Newcastle Trades Hall Council, as guest speaker.
Mr Barrack discussed how Newcastle led the way in preparing the Hunter region for the transition to a market based economy during the period of the Hawke and Keating Governments.
