George has been the General Manager of Carroll & O'Dea since 2004. The
General Manager is responsible for the overall management of the firm.
His key focus is ensuring our staff and procedures help deliver high quality
legal services to our clients. This aligns with the firm's strong culture of
continuous improvement and best practice approach to quality and cost
effectiveness. The implementation of the firm's LAW9000 certification is
integral the delivery of these legal services to clients. George oversees this implementation,
which also involves the administration of the firm's network of offices.
He is a Director of "Quality In Law Incorporated", the professions'
peak body vested with the responsibility of managing the LAW9000 standard
nationally.
George was general manager at another law firm before joining Carroll and
O'Dea and also held a number of senior management positions in other nation-wide
industry bodies prior to that.
