Current Practice
Tony Baine's expertise in the area of Property Law includes residential and commercial conveyancing,
leasing, mortgage transactions and property development. Tony also specialises in Liquor Licensing and
regularly appears in the Licensing Court of New South Wales. In the area of Estates and Estate Planning,
Tony assists a large number of individual clients to strategically plan for their future and the future of their
families. He practises extensively in the area of probate and the administration of estates.
Professional Experience
With over thirty years experience, Tony has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise in
the area of Property Law particularly in acquisitions and sales of commercial and domestic property.
In the liquor licensing area, Tony has had vast experience in assisting licensees to obtain the requisite
licences needed before they can begin operations. Amongst Tony's clients is one of Australia's largest
retail chains. Tony's extensive experience in wills, probate and administration of estates enables him to
provide insightful and valuable advice to our clients in the area of estates and estate planning.
Tony has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sydney and has been admitted as a
solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales since 1970. He joined
the firm in 1967, was a partner from 1975 - 2007 and is now Special
Counsel with the firm. |
