Professional Experience
Julian Beal specialises in litigation and dispute resolution and has
extensive experience advising and acting for Plaintiffs and Defendants.
He is involved in a number of large and complex cases including complex
commercial and contractual disputes. Julian is an experienced advocate
who regularly appears in the District, Supreme and Federal Courts
and other specialist tribunals, and at settlement conferences,
mediation and arbitration.
Julian has over twenty years experience in litigation law. For a
number of years he worked as a Managing Law Clerk while undertaking
part-time study in law, before being awarded a Bachelor of Laws
(Hons) in 2003. He is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court
of New South Wales and High Court of Australia, and was employed by
Carroll & O'Dea from 1990-1995 and again since 2001.
Professional Qualifications
Julian has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons). He is presently undertaking a
Master of Laws on a part-time basis, and expects to articulate to a
Doctor of Juridical Science (SID) in 2009. |
