Current Role
Karen commenced her employment with Carroll & O'Dea Lawyers in 1988 as a
clerk in our accounts department.
In 1999, Karen moved into the Information Technology Department in the
capacity of IT Administrator and Training Coordinator.
Having been with the firm for over 20 years, she is one of our most loyal
staff members and a valuable asset to the Firm.
Karen is responsible for technical support regarding the Firm's telephony and
digital dictation systems as well as one-on-one support and training of staff in
the use of our systems. She works closely with all legal support personnel on
many levels from reception coordination to quality assurance as an internal
auditor with regard to Law 9000. Karen keeps the Firm up to date with the
advances of technology and she ensures the Firm is always working to the best
possible practice standards.
