Immigration Law and Compensation Law
Current Practice
Christina Kwak specialises in Immigration Law, including handling
Australian Visa Applications, Skill Assessment, State Sponsorship,
MRT Review, Migration Judicial Review Applications. She is also
engaged in the practice of compensation law.
Professional Experience
Christina was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New
South Wales in 2005. She has been assisting immigration lawyers
since 2002, before she became an immigration lawyer and she was
registered migration agent herself in 2006. Christina joined Carroll
& O'Dea in 2007. Christina has extensive experience handling a
wide range of immigration visas, both onshore and offshore,
including skilled, family, and business migration. She also
represents clients at the Migration Review Tribunal and higher
courts.
Educational Background
Christina graduated from University of New South Wales with a
combined Bachelor of Arts (Political Science)/Bachelor of Laws
degree. Christina is fluent in Korean, a member of the Migration
Institute Australia and a committee member for the NSW Young
Lawyers' Refugee Working Group. |
