Professional Experience
Christina Kwak specialises in Immigration Law, including handling
Australian Visa Applications, Skill Assessment, State Sponsorship,
MRT Review, Migration Judicial Review Applications. She is also
engaged in the practice of compensation law.
Christina was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New
South Wales in 2005. Having assisted immigration lawyers since 2002,
Christina became a registered immigration agent in 2006 and joined
Carroll & O'Dea Lawyers in 2007. Christina has extensive
experience handling a wide range of immigration visas, both onshore
and offshore, including skilled, family and business migration. She
also represents clients at the Migration Review Tribunal and higher
courts.

Professional Qualifications
Christina graduated from University of New South Wales with a
combined Bachelor of Arts (Political Science)/Bachelor of Laws
degree. Christina is fluent in Korean, a member of the Migration
Institute Australia and a committee member for the NSW Young
Lawyers' Refugee Working Group. |
