| Area of Practice Compensation Law, Litigation and Dispute Resolution Professional Experience Nick joined Carroll and O'Dea in 2008 after being with another firm in Newcastle for 5 years as a paralegal. Nick has a wide practice in the field of compensation law , with specialist expertise in victims compensation claims. He also has a particular interest in assisting trade union members access their compensation entitlements. He is also a member of the Management Committee with the Newcastle Law Society. Professional Qualifications Nick has degrees in Social Science (Honours) and Law from Newcastle University. He was admitted to the practice of law in 2007. |
