Current Practice
Jamie's practice is in Immigration Law and Compensation Law. Because
of her legal experience in Immigration Law , she has developed
considerable expertise in Australian Visa Applications, Skill
Assessment, State Sponsorship, MRT Review, Migration Judicial Review
Applications.
Professional Experience
Jamie was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South
Wales in April 2006. She become an immigration lawyer and registered
migration agent in 2006. Jamie joined Carroll & O'Dea in May
2006 .
Jamie has extensive experience handling a wide range of
immigration visas both onshore and offshore including skilled,
family, and business migration. She also represents clients at the
Migration Review Tribunal and higher courts.
Jamie has experience in handling a variety of personal injury
matters including workers compensation claims, motor vehicle
accident claims and public liability claims.
Professional Background
Jamie graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a combined
Bachelor of Business /Bachelor of Laws degree. Jamie is fluent in Vietnamese and
is presently a member of the Migration Institute Australia, the NSW Young
Lawyers' Refugee Working Group and Law Society Human Rights Committee.
