Property Law Division
Professional Experience
Matthew
is one of the lawyers in our well respected property law division.
He is heavily involved in leasing for a number of our
clients who own and manage retail shopping centres, in particular when
advising on redevelopment in these centres. In addition to this, he
advises on general property law matters, with a focus on the not
for profit sector. Before joining Carroll and O'Dea, Matthew worked in financial management in the health sector.
Professional Qualifications
Matthew
was admitted to practise in 2007 and joined the firm in the same year.
He obtained his law degree from UNSW and also has tertiary
qualifications in science and philosophy. Matthew was made an Associate of
the firm in November 2009.
