Professional Experience
Andrew was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South
Wales in 1993. He practised for four years with a large provincial
firm working predominantly in litigation and dispute resolution
including compensation, commercial, criminal law as well as family
law. Thereafter, he moved to a practice in Sydney before spending 3
years in employment and industrial and commercial law. Andrew joined
Carroll & O'Dea at the beginning of 2007. Andrew has extensive
experience appearing as an advocate in many Courts and Tribunals.
Professional Qualifications
Andrew graduated from Macquarie University with a combined Bachelor of
Arts/Bachelor of Laws degree. Andrew also holds a Graduate Diploma in Japanese
and has interpreting and translation qualifications in the Japanese language.
Andrew was awarded a Japanese Ministry of Education Scholarship in 1991. |
