Current Practice
Rebecca Tidswell has over 8 years experience
in compensation litigation focusing specifically on complex medical
negligence claims. Rebecca developed her
skills working at a top tier firm in the UK as a medical law specialist
from claims that came out of the public health system. Since moving to Australia 4 years ago, she has built a
medical law practice and reputation which rests on solid communication with
client and counsel alike. Because of
this, she has strong links and relationships with numerous barristers who
practise solely in the area of medical law. The emphasis Rebecca places on the working
relationship between solicitor, client, expert and counsel has been
instrumental in her many successful claims. Educational Qualifications Rebecca
gained her legal qualifications from Keele University in Staffordshire
as well as Sheffield University and has been admitted to practise in
New South Wales.
