Carroll & O'Dea has specialised in all aspects of employment and industrial relations law (including occupational health and safety) for over 60 years and has established reputation for expertise and excellence in this field of legal practice.
Our employment and industrial law group is led by partner Peter Punch, who is accredited as a specialist in employment and industrial law by the Law Society of NSW and has 30 years of experience in this field. The team's experienced practitioners include: Special Counsel, Anthony Powter, Industrial Relations Consultant, Mick Sheils ( a former NSW Industrial Relations Commissioner and Accredited Mediator), Associate, Janine Smith and Solicitors, Greg McKay and Claire Bateman.

At Carroll & O'Dea, we have the advantage of regularly acting for all of the "stakeholders" in industrial relations: employers, employees, unions, employer associations, small business operators and self employed professionals, government and not for profit organisations.
