Topic:

Leaders, there is nowhere to hide! Community expectations demand better responses to abusive conduct everywhere, every time.

With the current debate over the treatment of women, sexual harassment, problematic and criminal behaviours, abuse & bullying and the momentum of mounting public protests and action, Robert will lead a lively discussion on these issues. Leaders need to step up and take responsibility a for better responding claims of abuse and bad behaviours. Knowing when and how to respond, what investigations are appropriate and what to say and how to support those affected are core leadership responsibilities. Even more important is changing cultures and conduct.
