Caitlin is a member of Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers Port Stephens’ team. Caitlin practices in a variety of areas including criminal law, family law, estate disputes, property law and estate planning.
Through her studies in criminology and law, Caitlin became passionate about assisting clients who come into contact with the criminal justice system. Caitlin is aware that there are many factors that can result in a person coming before the court and no two cases are the same. Caitlin enjoys working with her clients to assist them to achieve the best outcome.

Caitlin joined Carroll & O’Dea in July 2019.
Caitlin completed a Bachelor of Criminology/Bachelor of Law from the University of New England in 2015. She obtained a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law in 2016. Caitlin was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2016.
