Chantay is a dedicated member of Carroll & O’Dea’s personal injury and family law teams in the Newcastle and Port Stephens offices.
Chantay endeavours to provide diligent and effective legal advice to her clients in assisting them to achieve a favourable outcome. She appreciates the importance in acknowledging the trauma often associated with client matters and strives to provide her clients with empathy and compassion.

Key Professional Achievements:
- Chantay joined Carroll O’Dea in March 2021 in a maternity relief role.
- Chantay attained a Bachelor of Laws from Central Queensland University in 2019 and further attained a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law in 2020. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2020.
- Prior to joining the Carroll & O’Dea team, Chantay undertook a volunteer placement at the Hunter Community Legal Centre.
- Chantay is a member of the NSW Young Lawyers Animal Law Committee.
