Daniel is an invaluable member of the commercial litigation and dispute resolution team.

He has experience in a wide variety of litigation, including commercial, corporations law, equity, compensation law, property, defamation, debt recovery, insolvency and family provisions act matters.

He has successfully acted in a team for a high profile plaintiff in a defamation case; handled lease disputes for a major retail chain and resolved a complex legal matter before the Full Bench of the NSW Court of Appeal.

Daniel regularly appears in the District Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court.

Daniel also acts in disputes involving religious order and community organisations, and matters surrounding the Family Provisions Act.

Daniel is actively involved in the Clemente program run by the Australian Catholic University, which assists some of the most marginalised members of Australian society to achieve a tertiary education.

He is also involved in other pro bono work, including the Aboriginal Homeless Person’s Project, the Shed and the Justice Connects’ MOSAIC program. The MOSAIC program provides free legal help to refugees, asylum seekers and migrants with advice in relation to civil law issues.

Daniel is a member of the Board of Oakhill College (De La Salle).
