Jessica Duan

Jessica Duan works in the Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers employment law and workplace relations team and is based in the firm’s Sydney & Parramatta offices. She has extensive experience in a range of employment and workplace relations matters including unfair dismissals, general protections cases, underpayments, enterprise agreement bargaining and various industrial disputes.
