- Lola was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales (2020).
- She holds a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Psychology) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales (2018). She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law (2020).
- Prior to joining Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers (2021), Lola worked at a Big 4 professional services firm in their Employment Services practice, providing advice to local and international organisations on their employment tax and legal obligations.
- During her studies, Lola also volunteered at Redfern Legal Centre and interned at the Federal Court of Australia in their International Programs Unit.
