Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated People & Culture Coordinator to join our Sydney CBD office. You will focus on day-to-day HR operations, compliance, administrative support and process management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate induction and training with the L&D Team
  • Assist with payroll processes and manage employee files
  • Provide general HR support and respond to HR queries
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documents
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Support annual performance reviews and remuneration processes
  • Prepare monthly HR metrics and reports
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role with tertiary qualifications
  • Understanding of the Legal Services Award (2020), NES, and Fair Work Act (2009) (preferred)
  • Strong HR knowledge and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and HRIS (Connx preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in legal/professional services (preferred)
