About the Role

Location: Parramatta

Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PAE to join our team in Parramatta. The role focuses on complex family law matters, including property settlements, child custody disputes and spousal maintenance. Candidates should be autonomous, initiative-driven and experienced in managing high volumes of family law files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and client guidance
  • Manage complex family law cases
  • Represent clients in court, mediations and settlements
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on family law legislation
  • Mentor junior lawyers and support employees
  • Assist in business development and networking
  • Maintain accurate case files and manage billing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current NSW Practising Certificate
  • 8 years PQE in Family Law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong client relationship and business development skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage competing deadlines
