“The number of Australians living with food insecurity is increasing each year and shows no sign of slowing or decreasing. Add to that, for the first time since records have been kept, full time employment makes up less than half of the Australian labour force and wages growth is stagnant. Perhaps it’s time as a nation to confront a new reality, not all Australians are not all as lucky as we have been led to believe.”
