Robyn is passionate about social justice and the rights of children and families. As a social worker and family therapist, Robyn has over thirty years’ experience in the child and welfare sector.
Howard Harrison is Managing Partner of Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers. An expert in litigation, compensation law and church law, he publishes and presents papers domestically and overseas.Howard has extensive experience in royal commissions and commissions of inquiry.
Alex is an invaluable member of the Commissions of Inquiry and Litigation Team at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers. Alex
has a wealth of experience in litigation and the integration of technology which ensures a fast, efficient and accurate handling of mass claims.
Jade is a commercial and dispute resolution lawyer based in Sydney. She advises in various litigious and non-litigious matters involving individuals, unions, and corporate clients.
Patricia Monemvasitis is a commercial law and property law lawyer with combined degrees in accounting, finance and law. Patricia advises a diverse range of clients including not-for-profit entities, small to medium sized businesses, property owners and developers.
Martin is an expert litigator who has significant commissions of inquiry and royal commissions experience. He has a unique insight and empathy into how the various parties to a dispute perceive the same circumstances that are the nub of the issue.
As partner in the Compensation Law Team at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers, Robert has dual degrees in science and law. Based in the Firm’s highly successful Western Sydney headquarters in Parramatta and Campbelltown, he has worked on a large number of complex cases.
When working with charities and not-for-profit clients, Josephine sets up structures, designs governance and management systems and advises on Tax issues. She is an expert on the operation of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and guides her clients through a risk-free pathway.
