A Prize Draw will be conducted by Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers (CODL) on the first Monday of each calendar month during the 2026 season in connection with the Parramatta Eels ‘Sign Up & Win a Prize’ promotion run on the Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers’ Parramatta Eels Landing Page (the ‘Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers – Eels Sign Up & Win A Prize Draw’ or ‘Prize Draw’).
This promotion provides a single prize each calendar month of a 2026 Eels Bronze Membership valued at AUD$356.00 inclusive of GST.
By submitting an entry to a Prize Draw each Prize Draw entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Each Prize Draw is open to people aged 18 and over who provide their name, email address and mobile phone number (personal information) via the CODL Parramatta Eels Landing Page. Entrants are only permitted to enter each Prize Draw once. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entries on behalf of another person and joint entries will not be accepted.
Employees of CODL and its related entities, their immediate family members, or anyone involved in organising or conducting the Prize Draw will not be eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
The personal information you have provided by entering in a Prize Draw may be used for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw, to contact you if you are the winner of the Monthly Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers – Eels Sign Up & Win A Prize Draw, advising registrants of the winner of the Prize Draw and, if you agree, to receive marketing material from CODL. This may be by any means of communication including electronic messages (e.g. email). If the information requested is not provided, you may not enter the Prize Draw.
CODL will collect, store and disclose your personal information in accordance with the restrictions imposed on us by the Privacy Act 1988 and our Privacy Policy. CODL will provide the Winner’s phone number and email address of the Eels for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize to the Winner.

Each Prize Draw will be drawn by random electronic selection at 4:00 pm on the first Monday of each calendar month.
One winner only will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in each Prize Draw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (Winner).
Each Winner will receive a 2026 Eels Bronze Membership valued at AUD$356.00 inclusive of GST (Prize).
Each Winner has 14 days from the date of being advised by Carroll & O’Dea to claim their prize. If the winner does not claim the prize, a runner-up will be awarded the prize and / or a new prize draw will be conducted.
The Eels will then be in touch with the Winner by phone or email to arrange delivery of the prize. If the Winner does not confirm within 14 days, the Prize Draw will be conducted again by CODL.
If the Winner does not wish the Eels to arrange delivery of the prize to the Winner, the Winner may advise the Eels that the Winner elects to collect the Prize from CODL Head Office, Level 18, 111 Elizabeth St, Sydney NSW 2000 or that CODL arrange for delivery of the prize to the Winner.
If the Winner elects to collect the prize and does not collect the Prize from CODL Head Office, Level 18, 111 Elizabeth St, Sydney NSW 2000 CODL will attempt to contact the Winner by phone and/or email to arrange collection by or delivery to the Winner.
Each Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Bonus prizes will not be awarded. Where the Winner is not eligible to enter into the Prize Draw then the Prize Draw will be conducted again by CODL at a time and date to be notified to the entrants by email.
CODL may cancel one or more Prize Draws where circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent CODL from conducting the Prize Draw. Should CODL cancel a Prize Draw CODL will:
(i) advertise that the Prize Draw has been cancelled by email communication to the entrants;
(ii) promptly destroy all entries received; and
(iii) not use the personal information you have provided on the entry form.
CODL is not liable for any loss or claim arising from any cancelation of a Prize Draw in circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CODL.
Any dispute concerning the conduct of the Prize Draw or the claiming by the Winner of a Prize will be determined by an independent arbitrator appoint by CODL whose decision will be final.
