Bethany is a member of the Compensation Law Team at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers and am based in the firm’s Sydney office. She works across a range of areas including workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, work injury damages claims, and public liability matters.
Prior to joining Carroll & O’Dea, Bethany worked as a Law Graduate and Law Clerk, where she gained comprehensive knowledge and experience in the practice area. Her commitment to helping those in vulnerable and difficult situations has driven her passion for personal injury law.

· Bethany obtained a Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law in November 2025.
· Bethany holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing (Distinction) from the University of Wollongong.
