Erin Van Der Kaaden

Erin is a Lawyer in the Raymond Terrace office. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in April 2026 after completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice earlier in the year.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Business (Advanced Business Leadership) and Bachelor of Laws from Western Sydney University. She brings a broad legal background, having worked as a Law Clerk in family law and deceased estates for 2 years, followed by 12 months’ experience in criminal law. This foundation has strengthened her practical legal skills, attention to detail, and understanding of complex and sensitive matters.

Now practising in Conveyancing and Property Law, Erin focuses on delivering clear, efficient, and reliable advice. She understands that these types of matters are often significant and is committed to guiding clients through the process with transparency, care, and a strong focus on achieving practical outcomes.
