Iain has practiced as a solicitor since 2007, primarily in the areas of injury, product and consumer law, insurance disputes, and civil litigation.
He has extensive experience conducting litigation and resolving disputes for a diverse section of the community across various jurisdictions, including:
- Acting on behalf of individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries, including providing advice and representation across a range of areas, such as common law (civil liability), Australian Consumer Law, professional and medical negligence, motor accident, workers compensation, and insurance disputes.
- Acted on behalf of public and product liability insurers in relation to injury claims and indemnity disputes.
- Representation of families at Coronial Inquests in both NSW and Victoria.
- Claims against various government departments, including road authorities, councils, schools, hospitals, and in relation to the treatment of refugees in detention.
- Representing companies and individuals who are facing SafeWork prosecutions.
