Jacqueline Pearce is a member of the Compensation Law team at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers and is based in the firm’s Parramatta office.
Since joining the firm in 2020, Jacqueline has worked across a broad range of personal injury matters including workers compensation, work injury damages, motor vehicle accidents, public liability, and medical negligence claims.
She prides herself in approaching each matter with care, consideration and diligence and is committed to achieving a timely resolution for each client.

- Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Laws with a Bachelor of Media majoring in Journalism and Non-Fiction Writing from Macquarie University.
- Jacqueline joined Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers in September 2020.
- She obtained a Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law in 2024.
- In May 2024, Jacqueline was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
- Jacqueline is a General Committee Member of the Parramatta District Law Society.
- She was made Treasurer of the Parramatta District and Regional Law Society in 2025
- Jacqueline was appointed to Associate in July of 2026.
