Kalpana Wagaarachchi is a valued member of Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers’ Compensation Law team, based in the firm’s Sydney office.
Kalpana began her journey at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers in 2021 as a Law Clerk, gaining invaluable experience across a wide range of personal injury matters
Kalpana now practices in the plaintiff sphere of personal injury, with her practice mainly comprising of historical and institutional Abuse claims against government departments and individual perpetrators, workers compensation claims, and public liability claims. She has experience working on both litigated and unlitigated claims across several jurisdictions.
Kalpana is a compassionate and dedicated lawyer committed to providing positive and successful outcomes for her clients. She takes pride in representing a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds and life experiences. - She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Majoring in Criminology and Minoring in Anthropology) from Macquarie University, Sydney in March 2025.
