Kaylee Calleja is a respected member of Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers’ Compensation Team and works across a diverse range of areas. She is based in the firm’s Sydney office.
Prior to her admission as a lawyer in 2025, Kaylee worked as a law clerk at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers for over three years. During this time, Kaylee gained an in-depth understanding of and experience working in a range of personal injury matters.
In her role as a lawyer, Kaylee continues to work across and achieve successful outcomes in a range of personal injury matters. Her practice mainly comprises Historical/Institutional Abuse, especially claims against the State of New South Wales (Department of Communities and Justice) and other organisations, Workers Compensation and Public Liability claims.
Kaylee is committed to being an advocate and voice for each of her clients. She takes pride in representing clients from all walks of life and is committed to having a positive impact on each of their journeys towards justice, closure and healing. She is particularly passionate about delivering uncomplicated advice to guide vulnerable and injured clients through the complex legal system.

- Kaylee joined Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers in April 2022 as a Law Clerk.
- She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Commerce from the University of Notre Dame, Sydney in May 2025.
- She completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law in May 2025.
- Kaylee was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in June 2025.
