Michael Swan is a Senior Associate in the Compensation Law Team at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers and is based in the firm’s Sydney office.
Michael has extensive experience in inquests & inquiries, medical negligence claims and mediation. He also brings a range of experience in complex and catastrophic civil litigation matters to the team.
Michael has a keen interest in health law and medico-legal issues. Prior to becoming a solicitor, he was a clinical nurse specialist in the emergency department at Sydney’s Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
