Paul is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law with the NSW Law Society and has been since 2002.
He has had over 25 years’ experience in acting for people who have sustained injuries, as well as advising insurance companies. This allows him to understand legal strategy from both sides.
He has given lectures and Seminars to lawyers, doctors and experts on changes and updates to cases & legislation in Motor Accidents, Workers’ compensation, industrial and public liability claims.

- Paul has Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degrees from the University of New South Wales.
- He is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court and High Court of Australia.
- He was a Principal (2010-2018) in a Western Sydney law firm specialising in Personal Injury and insurance disputes.
- He was the Treasurer and a Committee member of the Parramatta & District Law Society from 2015 to 2023.
- Paul is a member of the Australian Lawyers’ Alliance.
- He was on the Editorial Board for ALA’s magazine, Precedent from 2009 to 2018.
- He was a member of the NSW Law Society Injury Compensation Committee in 2022, 2023 and will be in 2024.
