Rebecca is a member of the Compensation Law Team at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers and is based in the firm’s Sydney office.
Rebecca works across a range of areas including medical negligence, institutional abuse and public liability. She has worked in personal injury since 2021, initially working with clients injured in healthcare, corrections and immigration detention, and later assisting clients who have experienced traumatic births.
With a background in personal injury law and community services, Rebecca uses a trauma-informed approach in assisting her clients.

Key Professional Achievements
- She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from Cardiff University (UK) before completing conversion studies to qualify in Australia. Rebecca also holds a Diploma of Community Services.
- She was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in June 2025.
- Rebecca joined Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers in July 2025.
