The Opportunity
We are seeking an organised and proactive People & Culture Coordinator to join our team on a 10‑month parental leave contract, working full‑time from our Sydney CBD office. Reporting to the Head of People, Culture & Risk, you will be a key member of a supportive and collaborative P&C team, providing high‑quality coordination, support and guidance across a broad range of HR activities.

Your Role
Working closely with key stakeholders and the wider People & Culture team, you will:

Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including advertising, scheduling interviews and preparing documentation

Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure a seamless new starter experience

Assist with learning and development activities, training logistics and performance review administration

Provide day‑to‑day HR support and guidance across the employee lifecycle
-
Contribute to P&C projects focused on improving capability, engagement and the employee experience

Support leaders by preparing documentation, gathering information and coordinating meetings for people‑related matters

Assist with the administration of employee relations issues, including recordkeeping and follow‑up actions
-
Help drive continuous improvement of P&C processes, systems and documentation
About You
You will bring a blend of technical expertise, strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Specifically, you will have:

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline

Previous experience in a HR Coordinator or Generalist support role

Exposure to performance management, basic ER processes or grievance handling (desirable)

A sound understanding of HR principles, legislation and best practice
-
Experience working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment

Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills

High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities

Exceptional time management and organisational skills
-
Experience in legal, consulting or other professional services (highly regarded)
