The Opportunity
Exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join our Sydney CBD team! This full‑time 11-month parental leave contract will see you play a key role in creating an exceptional front‑of‑house experience. As the face of our office, you will engage with clients, colleagues and external partners while ensuring our reception operates seamlessly.
Your responsibilities will include managing reception enquiries, overseeing email and diary management, maintaining accurate visitor records, coordinating meeting room bookings and events and ensuring our reception area is consistently presented to a high professional standard.
Key Responsibilities
· First point of contact for all reception enquiries
· Managing emails and diaries
· Maintaining accurate visitor records
· Coordinating meeting room bookings and events
· Ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area
· Assisting with catering requests and general enquiries
· Following daily opening and closing procedures
· Handling incoming and outgoing mail
What You’ll Bring
You will bring strong customer service skills, a polished and professional approach and the confidence to manage a busy front‑of‑house environment. Experience in reception or concierge work is ideal but we also welcome applicants with transferable skills from hospitality or other client‑facing roles. Strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to multitask will help you thrive in this role.
