The firm has a large plaintiff personal injury law practice.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable, confident and motivated lawyer with a keen interest to work with charities and not-for-profits to join our Community & Associations team (based in Sydney).
This is a great opportunity to become an integral part of a team of highly regarded practitioners in charity and not-for-profit law as well as in corporate and commercial law.

What We Are Looking For:
- 5-7 years post qualification experience in property, corporate and commercial law.
- Experience in charity and not-for-profit law is not essential but is preferred.
- Experience in a law practice, government law team, or in house counsel team
- Demonstrated strong research and superior drafting skills
- Ability to use core platforms and technology as part of a modern legal practice
- An eye for detail and the ability to give clear, sound and practical advice, often in short timeframes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated strong client relationship and business development skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and manage competing deadlines
- A current NSW Practising Certificate
