Highlights of Lucinda’s career include achieving substantial settlements for her medical negligence clients, including for a woman whose cancer diagnosis was missed by her treating practitioners, leading to the cancer growing unchecked for over a year. She also represented a woman whose severe brain haemorrhage was not investigated or treated by the hospital she presented to for over 8 hours, leading to irreparable damage to her vision. Lucinda is passionate about assisting Tasmanians with their Personal Injury claims.

Lucinda relocated with her young family to her hometown of Hobart, from where she provides advice to our Tasmanian as well as our NSW and Victorian clients. Lucinda frequently travels between states to ensure her clients’ claims are progressed in the timeliest manner.
