Michael is an estate planning specialist with extensive experience in matters involving complex assets structures, superannuation and often difficult family dynamics.
Michael’s solutions are practical, understandable and clearly communicated.
Michael recognises that the knowledge of other professionals, including accountants and financial planners, can add significant value in estate planning discussions and if requested by his clients, welcomes their involvement in the process.
“Estate planning is more than just a Will. It involves a deep understanding of the client – their assets and liabilities, business structures, superannuation, family structure and estate planning objectives. It is only once this understanding is obtained that an appropriately tailored and sophisticated estate plan can be formulated and presented”
