Come join us in our Sydney office or online over teams to hear Rosie Fordham discuss her Life on the Other Side of the Boundary. Drawing on her personal experience and breakthrough results, Rosie will unpack her philosophy when it comes to achieving beyond expectations. Translating these lessons from cross country, across disciplines.
About the speaker
Rosie Fordham, Australian Olympian
Rosie Fordham is Australia’s first and only international medallist in cross country skiing, winning a silver medal at the 2025 U23 World Championships.
Growing up in Sydney and making use of her strong endurance background from running, Rosie picked up cross country skiing as a teenager. She went on to compete in the World Junior Championships and Winter Youth Olympic Games while at school in Sydney.
After the HSC she joined the Cross Country Running and Skiing teams at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She competed at the NCAA National Championships for both running and skiing in all 4 seasons she competed, placing 8th at the NCAA Cross Country Running Championships and winning both NCAA Ski Titles in her final seasons for each sport.
While at University in Alaska, Rosie continued racing for Australia on the World Cup circuit, at the World Championships and the Winter Olympic Games. She holds the record for the highest Australian finish at the U23 World Championships (2nd), the World Championships (20th), the Winter Olympic Games (29th) and on the World Cup (13th).
In addition to her skiing results, Rosie graduated from the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a Bachelors in Mathematics and a Masters in Statistics.
