Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers has been recognised as a First Tier Firm in four categories of personal injury law in the 2023 Doyle’s Guide.

These include:

  1. Tier One, Leading Work Injury Compensation Law Firms (Plaintiff) – New South Wales 2023
  2. Tier One, Leading Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation Law Firms (Plaintiff) – New South Wales 2023
  3. Tier One, Leading Medical Negligence Compensation Law Firms (Plaintiff) – New South Wales 2023
  4. Tier One, Leading Public Liability Compensation Law Firms (Plaintiff) – New South Wales 2023

The Firm has also been recognised as ‘Recommended’ in Leading Asbestos & Dust Diseases Compensation Law Firms (Plaintiff) – New South Wales 2023.

Managing Partner of Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers, Hanaan Indari, has congratulated the Firm and individual lawyers on the recognitions.

“Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers has a well-earned reputation for client service and excellence and the latest Doyle’s Guide compensation rankings confirm that high standard of service we deliver to our clients”, said Ms Indari.

The firm-wide rankings demonstrate the depth of skill and expertise across our personal injury law teams, and I congratulate the whole firm on these achievements.

I also want to highlight the eight (8) lawyers who have also been recognised by Doyle’s for their excellence in legal practice and who are listed below.

In particular I want to acknowledge Partner Tim Concannon and Special Counsel Bill Madden who have been recognised as “Preeminent” in their respective categories.

I also want to congratulate Special Counsel Tim Gauci who has been recognised for his significant expertise in Asbestos & Dust Disease Compensation which is an important area of the firm’s practice.

This independent recognition of the high standard of legal service we provide is a further reinforcement of the standing of Carroll & O’Dea within the legal community and with our clients.

These latest rankings in compensation law reinforce those previously awarded by the Doyle’s Guide to our lawyers working in Employment Law and Family Law”, said Ms. Indari.
