Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers has announced a significant expansion of its commercial property, retail leasing commercial litigation and mediation practices with Anthony Herro and the team from Herro Solicitors joining the firm effective 1 September 2026.
Anthony Herro is one of Australia’s leading retail and commercial leasing lawyers and is recognised by Best Lawyers™ in Australia in leasing law, as well as being recognised by his peers as a leading leasing lawyer in the Doyle’s Guide.

“Anthony has more than 30 years’ experience acting for tenants and landlords in all aspects of commercial and retail leasing, throughout the entire retail and commercial leasing lifecycle, including complex negotiations through to resolving lease disputes when they arise between landlords and tenants.
