
Twelve promoted at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers for 2025/2026

Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers today announced twelve new promotions effective for 1 July 2025.
50% of the new appointments are women and brings to 42% the number of women at Partner level.
“I am very pleased to announce our new promotions as part of the ongoing renewal of Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers”, said Managing Partner, Hanaan Indari.
“Our appointments, effective from 1st July 2025, demonstrate the depth of talent, skill and commitment to excellence in client service that our people and the firm embodies.
“They also reflect my priority to develop a modern, truly balanced firm, which reflects a diversity of genders and backgrounds in leadership positions.
“Our promotions for the 2025/26 financial year build on this with 50% of this year’s appointments being female candidates and 42% of our Partner group being women. Importantly, it follows the firm achieving its 40 || 40 || 20 target for gender diversity in leadership positions in the 2024/25 year, three years ahead of our target date. This is a great result for the firm and also when compared with the legal profession overall.
